Wexford Village Neighborhood

Wexford Village is a neighborhood on Madison’s far west side, featuring wide, tree-lined streets and including many homes with large, wooded lots.

The neighborhood was built starting in the mid 1980s and homes here are in a variety of architectural styles, including Cape Cod, modern, transitional and ranch.

According to the Wexford Village Homeowners Association, the neighborhood spans 450 acres and includes 650 single-family homes and 114 condominiums. Its boundaries are the Madison city limit on the north, North Gammon Road on the east, Old Sauk Road on the south, and the West Beltline on the west.

The neighborhood includes access to Stricker’s Pond, which has a picturesque trail, nearly mile-long around its perimeters. Wexford Village also includes a large city park, which has playing fields and courts,  and a greenway.
